1. Subscription Overview
By selecting the subscription option at checkout, you agree to recurring monthly deliveries of your selected DaSoap products. This service is designed to simplify your routine by automatically shipping your favorite items directly to you every month without requiring manual reorders.
2. Automatic Renewals and Billing
Recurring Charges: You authorize DaSoap to automatically charge your chosen payment method for your recurring subscription fees, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Billing Cycle: Your subscription begins on the date of your first purchase and will renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled or paused.
Payment Failures: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, and your subscription may be suspended until a valid payment is processed.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription through our customer portal. By logging into your account, you can:
Change Categories: Swap between different soap categories or product types.
Update Packages: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier or package size at any time.
Modify Frequency: While the default is monthly, you can adjust your next ship date or skip a delivery if you have enough stock.
4. Cancellation Policy
Zero Commitment: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or “strings attached”.
How to Cancel: Simply log into your DaSoap portal and select “Cancel Subscription” under your account settings.
Timing: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure your cancellation is submitted before your next scheduled billing date. Once a renewal has been processed and shipped, that specific month’s order cannot be refunded as part of a cancellation.
5. Updates to Terms
DaSoap reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms. You will be notified of any significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance, providing you the opportunity to cancel before new rates take effect.
